Description
English: Petru Groza, the Romanian Prime Minister and leader of the Ploughmen's Front, with members of his coalition, at Gara de Nord, Bucharest, where Romanian Railways workers present them with a train built in celebration of May Day. The guests are pictured in the core concentric circle: in military uniform, the Minister of War, Grigore Vasiliu Rășcanu; to Vasiliu Rășcanu's right, Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej, the Communist Party General Secretary, and Groza himself; to Vasiliu Rășcanu's left, Petre Constantinescu-Iași of the National Popular Party.
