None exist. His various images are from the various psychology departments he worked at (Harvard, Princeton, MIT and so forth) and are copyrighted by those universities. See, for example: http://www.princeton.edu/pr/pictures/l-r/miller_george/ There is little chance new images will surface, and even if they do, their publication (as opposed to creation) would still be post 1964 and automatically not public domain. While Miller did receive a National Academy of Sciences Medal, there is no US government photo of him receiving the medal (checked the NAS website). He did not joint the Army (was a student then), and so no service photo is available. |
