Summary

Description
English: Commander of NATO's Resolute Support Mission and United States Forces – Afghanistan, General Austin S. Miller carrying his personal M-4 Carbine Rifle. Known somewhat for his eccentric personality, instead of carrying in place a regulation of Beretta 92 semi-automatic pistol which commonly use by General officers, General miller prefered to carry a long-barrelled M-4 Carbine Rifle as his personal firearm.
