Fair use rationale for image in Königsforst[edit]

This image is a cover of the CD of the album Königsforst by Gas. Its inclusion here is claimed as fair use because:

• It illustrates an educational article about the sound recording from which the cover illustration was taken.
• The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic.
• It is a low resolution image.
• The image is only a small portion of the commercial product.
