Fair use in Gangstaz Roll[edit]

1. The image is being used only to demonstrate the existence of a single by a major artist.
2. It is a low resolution image. Copies of the image could not be used to sell illegal copies of the CD.
3. It does not interfere with the copyright owner's ability to sell the CD in any way.
4. No free replacement image is available.
