Minimal. Consists of about two pargraphs of text of a work containing hundreds. A few opening paragraphs of the game are in no possible way a reasonable replacement for the original and thus has no impact on marketability of the original work. |
| Low resolution? |
No. Actual image comes from a GPLed interpreter. One would hope that a screenshot of Free Software would be acceptably Free. The game itself does not come with any direct way of displaying itself. The copyright protected part would be the actual text, and resolution on the text is irrelevant for fair use. Since a screenshot can never be a replacement for the original game, that the screenshot is "high resolution" is irrelevant. |
