Though this image may be subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

• It is an album cover image only.
• It is historically significant (included in the Library of Congress) and features the subject of the article.
• Its inclusion adds significantly to the article because its historical significance is the object of discussion in the article, and represents a major milestone in the life of the article's subject.
• It is a low resolution image, and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
• It is record album artwork, and therefore a free use alternative does not exist.
