Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	I cannot imagine that this image would be used in ANY other Wikipedia article. Hybart, Alabama is in the middle of nowhere - even for Alabama. And the Frisco Railroad no longer exists (absorbed by the Burlington Northern in 1980).
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Image is believed to be a postcard from 1954 (63 years ago).
