English: United States President Barack Obama and Irish Taoiseach Brian Cowen attend the annual House Speaker's Saint Patrick's Day Friends of Ireland luncheon hosted by Nancy Pelosi in the Rayburn Room of the U.S. Capitol, Washington D.C., March 17, 2009. Behind the waiter stands one of the two ceramic, art nouveau, Sèvres vases, nearly 67 inches tall, given to the United States by France in 1918 in gratitude for American help during World War I, which are now housed in the Rayburn Room, outside the Floor of the House of Representatives.
