English: Frederic Emil "Fred" Brown (1943-2014) was an American lawyer and politician. A resident of Fairbanks, Alaska for most of his life, Brown was a Democratic member of the Alaska House of Representatives from 1975 to 1983, representing Fairbanks and surrounding area.
