Summary

Description Air Force Second Lieutenant Forrest M. Mims explains his infrared obstacle-sensing device to nine-year-old Le Quang Manh of the Saigon School for Blind Boys. Mims invented the device while attending Texas A&M. (There was also a Saigon School for Blind Girls.)
