Summary

Description The former Astoria Cinema, Gloucester Place, Brighton, City of Brighton and Hove, England. Built in 1933 as an 1,800-capacity "super-cinema" by Edward Stone, it became a bingo hall in 1977 and closed down in 1997. As of 2013, it is still empty. Listed at Grade II by English Heritage (IoE Code 486887)
