• The logo is clearly used for educational illustration of the article about the race track and adds significantly to the article because it represents the subject.
• It is not likely to cause any financial damage to the track.

• In no way does it compete the copyright holders usage. It is prominently used on the company’s website as well as on numerous other websites.
