Deutsch: Beschreibung der Flagge:"Rot-Gelb im Verhältnis 1 : 1, längsgestreift, (d. h. entlang der längeren Seitenlinie) mit dem Stadtwappen im Schild in der Mitte." Der Stadt Bad Münstereifel ist mit Urkunde des Regierungspräsidenten in Köln vom 27.03.1972 (Az.: - 31.21.04 -) das Recht zur Führung eines Wappens, einer Flagge und eines Siegels verliehen worden.
