Description
English: Flag of the Kingdom of Brazil that had a short duration, which may have been from its creation decree on September 18, 1822 until the day of the coronation of Emperor Pedro I of Brazil (October 12, 1882) in which the coronation document was speaks of new symbols of the Empire of Brazil, however, the decree that changed the royal crown to the imperial crown was on December 1, 1822.
Português: Bandeira do Reino do Brasil que teve curta duração que pode ter sido desde o seu decreto de criação em 18 de setembro de 1822 até o dia da coroação do imperador Pedro I do Brasil em que no documento da coroação se fala em novos símbolos do Império do Brasil, contudo, o decreto que mudou a coroa real para coroa imperial foi em 1º de dezembro de 1822. Histórico: Em 16 de setembro de 1822 o Conselho de Estado reunido aprovou da bandeira e do Escudo de Armas do Reino do Brasil. Eis a referida ata: . Assim o decidido pelo mencionado Conselho virou o decreto que oficializou Bandeira do Reino do Brasil e o Escudo d´Armas do Brasil" e que a mesma pode nem ter valido até o dia 1º de dezembro (quando um decreto mudou para a coroa imperial) já que no dia 10 de outubro na cerimônia de entrega da bandeira para o corpo militar, na pessoa do então jovem Luís Alves de Lima e Silva Dom Pedro já a mencionou como bandeira imperial e também na ata de Coroação dele ( em 12 d outubro de 1822) o documento se refere como bandeira do império.
