«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище белого цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее изображением фигур из герба Албазинского сельсовета, выполненных чёрным, серым и жёлтым цветом».

Описание герба: «В серебряном поле чёрный, с золотыми клювом, языком и лапами, орёл, обращённый влево и коронованный золотом, держащий в правой лапе золотую опрокинутую стрелу, а левой — лук того же металла, тетивой от себя. Девиз „Един за единого“ начертан чёрными литерами на серебряной ленте».
