Summary

Description
English: First Parish Church (First Parish Meeting House), 1 Powder House Road, Groton, Massachusetts, USA. This church was built in 1755. The clock was made by Francis Ridgeway and placed in position in 1809; the Paul Revere bell was cast in 1819 and has been in use since then. In 1839 the building was turned so that its former north entrance faced the Common, and the Greek Revival portico was added.
