Summary

Description
English: The picture shows a small fault zone in biocalcarenites, along a road section close to the village Pennapiedimonte in the area of the Majella Mountain in central Italy. The picture was taken in occasion of a field excursion in the realm of the TaskForceMajella research Project, in 2002. The picture is taken towards the West. The figure was published in van Dijk (2011) (Afb. 10, p. 39)[1]
