Summary[edit]

This file (Failurefantasticplanet.jpg) is the cover of the 1997 album Fantastic Planet by Failure. I asked a friend to scan his copy for me, and he supplied it to me. I will use it in the articles for both the band and the album.

Fair use in Failure (band)[edit]

This image is subject to international copyright laws, but its use here is covered by the U.S. "fair use" laws because, since it is the cover of an audio recording, the image is the sole means of visual representation of the album's contents, and there is no uncopyrighted or freely-copyrighted image of comparable value; moreover, it is a low-resolution image, and, as such, is unsuitable for the production of counterfeit copies.
