Summary

Description Four U.S. Navy McDonnell F-4J Phantom II (BuNo 155846, 155873, 155882, 155883) of Fighter Squadron VF-142 "Ghost Riders" in flight. VF-142 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 14 (CVW-14). The wing returned from a deployment to Vietnam aboard the aircraft carrier USS Constellation (CVA-64) on 8 May 1970 and started its next deployment to Vietnam aboard USS Enterprise (CVAN-65) on 11 June 1971.
