Summary

Description A U.S. Air Force McDonnell Douglas F-4E-62-MC Phantom II aircraft (s/n 74-1639) carrying an AIM-9J Sidewinder training missile and an AN/ALQ-119 electronic countermeasures pod, in flight ober Germany on 1 August 1982. The aircraft was assigned to the 480th Tactical Fighter Squadron, 52nd Tactical Fighter Wing, Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany.
