English: Breast badge for "Excellent Border Troop" 2nd class. Award of the KGB of the USSR. Instituted on 8 April 1969 by KGB order number 53. Awarded to soldiers, sailors, sergeants and petty officers of KGB Border Troops, or to other soldiers urgently enlisted in assisting the Border Troops, for exemplary performance of duties in the protection of the state border of the USSR, skillful actions to apprehend violators of the border, for displaying courage, perseverance, endurance, excellent performance in combat and political training, and for military discipline.
Français : Insigne de poitrine pour "Excellent Garde Frontaliers" de 2e classe. Décoration du KGB de l'URSS. Institué le 8 avril 1969 par l'order du KGB numéro 53. Décerné aux soldats, matelots, sergents et premier-maîtres des gardes frontièrs du KGB, ou à d'autres soldats enrôlés d'urgence pour assister les gardes-frontièrs, pour performances exemplaires des devoirs dans la protection de la frontière d'état de l'URSS, pour des actions habiles à appréhender les contrevenants à la frontière, pour le courage, la persévérance, l'endurance, pour d'excellentes performances durant l'entraînement politique et de combat, pour discipline militaire.
Русский: Нагрудные знак «Отличник погранвойск» II степени. Приказом № 53 КГБ при СМ СССР 8 апреля 1969 г. Награждаются солдаты, матросы, сержанты и старшины пограничных войск срочной и сверхсрочной службы за образцовое несение службы по охране государственной границы Союза ССР, умелые действия по задержанию нарушителей границы и пограничного режима, проявленные при этом смелость, настойчивость, выдержку, отличные показатели в боевой, политической подготовке и примерность в воинской дисциплине. |
