En el primero y segundo las armas primeras de los Manrique, Condes de Paredes de Nava, que son, el primero, de gules, dos calderas jaqueladas de oro y sablepuestas en situación de palo, con seis cabezas de sierpes, de sinople, cuatro salientes de los extremos y dos dentro de las misma; el segundo, camponado de nueve piezas, en el primero, tercero, quinto séptimo y noveno, en campo de plata un león de gules; en el segundo, cuarto, sexto y octavo, en campo de gules un castillo de oro, aclarado de azur y mazonado de sable. El tercero de los cuarteles, de gules, sobre ondas de azur y plata un castillo de oro mazonado de sable y clarado de azur resaltado el castillo y las ondas de una rueda dentada de sable.
