«En plata, escusón en abismo también de plata con un león rampante de azur y bordura cosida de plata con ocho sotueres o aspas de San Andrés en azur y por tenante un águila de su color. Orla de hojas alternadas de roble y de encina de sinople. Al timbre corona real de España, formada por un círculo de oro enriquecido con piedras preciosas que sostienen ocho florones, hojas de apio intercaladas de una perla cada uno, levantados sosteniendo ocho diademas cargadas de perlas, cerradas en lo alto, y en su unión un globo y una cruz llana de oro».
