Summary

Description
English: The Eagle River valley from an I-70 scenic stop, showing Edwards, Colorado, in the distance. The valley is shared by the river, a railroad, and I-70, plus towns such as Gypsum, Eagle, Wolcott, Edwards, and Avon. Further east, I-70 follows the valley of Gore Creek, an Eagle River tributary, through Vail. The Eagle River is a tributary of the Colorado, with confluence at Dotsero, Colorado.
