Fair use rationale in 2nd Bundesliga (ice hockey) and Oberliga (Ice Hockey)[edit]

It is contended that the use of this image qualifies as fair use when used in the articles on 2nd Bundesliga (ice hockey) and Oberliga (Ice Hockey) for the following reasons.

1. This image is copyrighted and there is no non-copyrighted version of this image available.
2. This image is used for identification and or educational purposes only in the articles on 2nd Bundesliga (ice hockey) and Oberliga (Ice Hockey), and other articles if specific fair use rationale can be provided.
3. This image enhances the article in which it's displayed, as it provides an immediate relevance to the reader more capably than the textual description alone.
4. This image is of a reasonably low resolution.
5. This image does not limit the copyright holder's ability to profit from the original source, nor will it dilute the importance or recognition of the logo in connection with its organization.
6. This image is not replaceable; logos are always presumed non-free per WP:LOGO.
