Summary

Description
English: Dovey Junction railway station, Gwynedd
Opened in 1864 on the Aberystwyth & Welsh Coast Railway's line between Aberystwyth and Machynlleth, also Barmouth and Machynlleth, this later became part of the Cambrian Railway. View south from the junction - left hand platform for Aberystwyth, right hand for Barmouth and Pwllheli. This is one of the few stations in the UK with no road access, and is primarily for interchange between trains.
