Fair use rationale for Doctor Who (series 1)[edit]

Though copyright for this screenshot lies with the BBC, its use at Doctor Who (series 1) is felt to be covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is a low-resolution screenshot;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes showing the logo for series 1 of the television program Doctor Who;
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.
