English: N00152897.jpg was taken on April 07, 2010 and received on Earth April 07, 2010. The camera was pointing toward DIONE at approximately 58,262 kilometers away, and the image was taken using the CL1 and CL2 filters. N00152901.jpg was taken on April 07, 2010 and received on Earth April 07, 2010. The camera was pointing toward DIONE at approximately 60,348 kilometers away, and the image was taken using the CL1 and CL2 filters. These images have not been validated or calibrated. Validated/calibrated images will be archived with the NASA Planetary Data System in 2011. The original NASA images were further processed as follows: N00152897 was deinterlaced and merged with N00152901. The mosaic was cropped, and adjusted in brightness and contrast. In this panorama, the fractures near near the limb are the Palatine Chasmata; the crater Silvius is at lower left. |
