Au centre de la rotonde du musée Guimet, le salon de transformation blanc, une oeuvre participative émouvante de Marie-Ange Guilleminot (1999), au mur le Nuancier Atelier Michaël Woolworth (2003) Oeuvres du Centre national des arts plastiques présentées dans le cadre de la manifestation Iwent

Dans le salon de transformation blanc, Guilleminot nous invite ainsi, à l’aide d’une vidéo, à réaliser des Tsuru, pliages en forme de grues réalisés selon la technique de l’origami. Profondément marquée par la découverte du Monument des enfants pour la Paix d’ Hiroshima, Marie Ange Guilleminot, nous rappelle, à travers ce rituel, la destinée d’une jeune fille japonaise, Sadako Sasaki, victime de la bombe atomique, qui avait pratiqué l’origami dans l’espoir de guérir.
