After research, I found that KRLA and/or The Beat did not mark any of this material with any type of copyright mark or other notification. The Beat was published from 1964 to 1968.

• There are no copyright marks or notices on this issue of the newspaper nor on any issues of it.

• The item can be dated by the publication of this edition of the newspaper shown above, 28 January, 1965.

• Copyright searches were done on the following:

KRLA-results found two recordings-no other media.

The Beat-results found recordings and other media which would not pertain to the newspaper and/or its photos.
