Description
English: May 7, 2010 — Dover Senator Carper, the 78th governor of the State of Delaware, was honored to attend the portrait unveiling for Governor Dale E. Wolf, who served as the 77th governor of Delaware. His portrait will hang with portraits of Delaware's governors in Legislative Hall. Governor Wolf was joined by current Governor Jack Markell and former governors Tom Carper and Mike Castle.
