Summary

Description
English: View of the remains of the east window of the chancel of Dale or Stanley Park Abbey. The abbey's foundation is officially dated 15 August 1204 and it was dissolved 24 October 1538. The fabric underwent very rapid decay in the mid-18th century, leaving only this east window at more or less full height. The arch is on private land from which this photograph was taken, showing moulding and other decoration.
