Object history
Deutsch: Von 1926 an zeigte die Gemeinde, wie dies auch schon früher zeitweilig Übung gewesen war, das gevierte Wappen ihrer ehemaligen limpurgischen Herrschaft in ihren Siegeln. Im Jahre 1957 entschloss sie sich mit Beratung durch die Archivdirektion Stuttgart zur Festlegung eines eigenen Wappens, das ihr samt der Flagge am 29. Juni 1957 vom Innenministerium verliehen wurde. Der Schenkenbecher erinnert an die Schenken von Limpurg und ihre jahrhundertelangen Beziehungen zu der Gemeinde.
