Object history

Die obere Schildhälfte verweist auf die ehemalige Zugehörigkeit zur Wild- und Rheingrafschaft und zeigt das Gerichtssiegel des Wild- und Rheingräflichen Hochgerichtes Rhaunen. Die untere Schildhälfte zeigt die Attribute des Hl. Laurentius, dem die 1086 gebaute Kirche (ehem. Kapelle) geweiht wurde.

Der blaue Balken symbolisiert den, durch den Ort fließenden Bach.
