English: "This was the Alexander Ranch House in about 1870. Cyrus and the Indians built the lower adobe story in the late 1840's. In the early 1850"s Cyrus traded pigs for the lumber to build the second story. The structure was damaged in the 1906 earthquake and was replaced soon after." |
