Where to get a newer version?: A new version is uploaded daily to https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/exports/covid-19-total-confirmed-cases-vs-total-confirmed-deaths.svg archive copy at the Wayback Machine
How to fix the display of Our World in Data logo on upper right?: One way is to copy some SVG source from one of previous versions of the file. Replace all the content between <g class="HeaderView"> and <a href="https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/covid-19-total-confirmed-cases-vs-total-confirmed-deaths" with content copied from previous version of this file which does not exhibit such problems.
Are there any other problems with the file?: Wikipedia's SVG renderer does not show the percentage numbers at grey diagonal lines. The raster version, File:Covid-19-total-confirmed-cases-vs-total-confirmed-deaths.png, does not have such problems, but is not updated frequently.
