Summary

Description
English: A construction of a dual tiling by interior circles of a certain radius (inparameter). The circles are split into k equal sectors by k equiangular rays, where each original graph tile has k edges. k dual edges are formed by connecting the endpoints of the rays to the edges orthogonally. This is from Grunbaum, et. al, Tilings and Patterns, pg. 174 (The Topology of Tilings).
