English: Concrete Roofing Struts Most of the old Victorian public baths have been demolished due to the fact that the roofing struts where made of Iron & have oxidized making the structures unsound. Govanhill baths designed by A.B. McDonald used concrete for the Struts and they are still structurally sound. You can also see a rail with small hoops used to hang trapeze swings & ropes from.
