Description
English: Lord Byng, governor-general of Canada, together with General J. Kemp Bartlett, former Commodore of the Chester Yacht Club. Between them are three trophies won by Bartlett while flying the colors of the CYC, including the Prince of Wales Cup, the Coronation Cup, and the Wenonah Cup. The inset image is a picture of Bartlett's "Dixie". (from The Spectator, February 26, 1925, p. 29)
