    "The future of one of those buildings, the Grand Baldwin, may include loft-style apartments, said Dan Neyer, president and chief executive of Neyer Properties. While the 200 Baldwin building is expected to continue to hold offices, Neyer said converting the historic former home of the Baldwin Piano Co. could add life to the site and present a unique residential option for people in the city. ... Baldwin Piano's presence at the site manufacturing pianos dates back to the turn of the 20th century. The Grand Baldwin building was built in the early 1920s. The Baldwin company eventually left its Cincinnati digs for the suburbs and the Corporex Cos. converted the Grand Baldwin building to Class A office space in 1987 and also developed the 12-story 200 Baldwin building in 1990."
