Description Church of the Sacred Heart, Portland Street, Fareham, Hampshire, England. The Roman Catholic parish church of the town of Fareham. A second church was built in nearby Portchester in the 1960s and was served from the Sacred Heart, but closed in the early 21st century; and another church was built in the south of Fareham in 1980 to serve that part of the town.
