I have resized the image from the original 700x525 to 500x375. This is not strictly necessary for fair use, as a single static screen shot from a video game cannot in any reasonable way compete with the original dynamic game. Furthermore, the game itself is drawn using vector graphics, so the inherent concept of "lower resolution" is nonsense. However, resizing it now is easier than fighting with a robot that thinks a hard 500 pixel limit on any side is a suitable implementation of the far more nuanced fair use policies.

Fair Use for Chronotron[edit]

This is a screenshot of the game in question, and is necessarily for identification of the game as well as illustration of the "look" of the game. It is a single static screenshot of a much larger and dynamic game and thus cannot compete in any way with the actual game.
