Description

The material for her dress was designed by an Aboriginal woman from Daly River in the Northern Territory, and her outfit was locally designed.

The red and white dress used fabric that was screen printed by Merrepen Arts at a community south of Darwin. Her mother, fashion designer Jo Moo, designed her dress and had it sewn at Darwin store Raw Cloth.

Chloe's matching fascinator was created by Melissa Cabot at Monsoon Millinery.
