Seguendo una antica tradizione l'ultimo sabato di maggio le ragazze di Sant'Andrea di Conza si recano in processione alla Cattedrale di Conza per onorare la Madonna della Gaggia (Acacia). Il simbolo del pellegrinaggio è il fazzoletto bianco in testa e la coroncina di uva spina.
