English: Official portrait of Carlos Aldo Mujica (1933 - 2013) as governor of the province of Santiago del Estero, Argentina, from 1991 to 1993. This photo was published by the newspaper El Liberal on the day of his inauguration as governor on 10 December 1991. Mr Mujica resigned in October 1993. In the photo you can see that Mr Mujica uses his band of governor. This portrait also is exhibited to the public since 1991, in the Museo Histórico Provincial "Orestes Di Lullo" (Provincial Historical Museum "Orestes Di Lullo") in Santiago del Estero, Argentina. In this museum, there is a gallery called "Galería de los Gobernadores" (Governors's Gallery), where the portraits of the governors of the province of Santiago del Estero are exhibited, including Carlos Mujica's portrait.
