1. It's a low resolution copy of a logo.
2. It doesn't limit Capital Regional Medical Center's copyight owner's rights to promote their company in any way, in fact, it may encourage people seeking an alternative hospital.
3. Because of the low resolution, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the company logo.
4. The image is itself is directly related to the article or used in the infobox thereof.
5. The image is significant because it is Capital Regional Medical Center's major identifying image for the public.
