Español: La Capilla pertenece a la Parroquia Santiago Apóstol de Río Hato de la Diócesis de Penonomé en la provincia de Coclé, República de Panamá. Es Una Iglesia, Santa, Católica, Apostólica, Romana.
La primera estructura fue edificada en la década de 1960 y la estructura actual fue edificada y terminada a inicios del 2007, para ser reinaugurada y bendecida el 24 de febrero de ese año por el Monseñor Uriah Ashley, obispo de la Diócesis de Penonomé. La iglesia católica tiene aproximadamente unos 60 años de existencia en Las Guías Oriente de Río Hato. En sus primeros 10 años considerada como Ermita y a partir de 1970 como Capilla bajo la advocación de Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles, patrona de Costa Rica y que pasa a ser la patrona titular de Las Guías Oriente ese mismo año.English: The Chapel belongs to the Santiago Apóstol de Río Hato Parish of the Diocese of Penonomé in the province of Coclé. It is a Church, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic, Roman.
The first structure was built in the 1960s and the current structure was built and completed in 2008. The Catholic Church has approximately 60 years of existence in Las Guías Oriente of Río Hato.
