Size: small cabinet, 7.4 x 3.5 x 2.2 cm
Cafarsite on Granite
Aesthetically perched on granite are several, reddish-orange, dodecahedrons, to .8 cm across, of this rare calcium, titanium, iron, manganese, arsenate . This specimen is from the type locality for cafarsite, at Binntal and exhibits classic form. As an added bonus, a few, tiny, gemmy, quartz crystals are also present. This is a fine matrix example of a rare species.
