Description
English: Original caption: 78-year-old man with a previous history of achilles tendon rupture and slight postoperative dyspnoea. Chest radiograph (not shown) showed a nodule in the left lung. Axial CT scan in lung window setting shows a 28 mm large, well-delineated nodule in the lingula with prominent indentation of the contour (notch). Histopathologic examination after lobectomy showed a large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.
